Mobile messaging program & opt-in
This page supports carrier and program registration (e.g. Twilio opt-in workflow). Last updated: April 22, 2026
Lyteral may send mobile messages (for example, SMS) about your use of the Lyteral app and service—such as time-sensitive notifications about your account, replies to intros or moments you create, security alerts, and similar transactional messages. Message frequency depends on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Consistent program summary
Program name: Lyteral service notifications
What you receive: SMS or MMS sent by or on behalf of Lyteral as part of the Lyteral service you signed up for—not third-party marketing blasts. Content may include one-time passcodes, alerts about activity on your account, and other messages necessary to run the service, subject to the permissions you enable in the app and your contact preferences.
Opting in: We only use your number when you provide it in the app or a Lyteral-owned flow, or when you have taken a clear, affirmative action consistent with the rules of the program you joined. Do not use this program if you have not consented in line with our policies and any applicable law.
Opt out & help
You can stop most SMS from this program on your device:
- Reply STOP to any Lyteral message to opt out of that SMS program, where supported by your carrier.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@lyteral.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of commands can vary by carrier. You can also change notification settings or remove your number in the Lyteral app where the product supports it.
Privacy, terms, and who we are
We process phone numbers and message-related data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Lyteral is also governed by our Terms of Service. Lyteral is a U.S. product team; questions: hello@lyteral.ai.
